Privacy policy

This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the free-estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, and whatever details you choose to give us about your project. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or account credentials, because there is nothing here to buy or sign into.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to sales@mygranite.com through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. We also keep a copy in our own email so we can follow up with you.

What we do with it

  • Prepare and send you an estimate.
  • Contact you about your project, by phone or email.
  • Keep a record of the work if you become a customer.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We share it only with people working on your project — for example our own installers — and where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts run on it. If that changes, this page will change first and you will see a clear notice.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in our email and business records for as long as they are useful for serving you and meeting our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call(630) 966-9666 or email sales@mygranite.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners and trade customers, and is not directed at children.
