These terms cover the use of this website. The agreement for any actual countertop work is the written estimate and contract you sign with us — not this page.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, print pages and share links. Please do not copy the site's text or photographs for use elsewhere, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to send us anything unlawful.

Photographs and content

The project photographs on this site show work completed by The Granite & Marble Depot, Inc.. They, along with the site's text, logos and design, are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Estimates, pricing and availability

Nothing on this site is a binding quote. Prices, material availability and lead times vary by project, and by what is physically on the racks that week. Not all colors are in stock. Please call to confirm availability. A price becomes firm only in a written estimate signed by both of us.

Descriptions of materials — hardness, heat tolerance, sealing intervals, price bands — are general guidance to help you compare options, not a warranty about a specific slab.

Natural stone varies

Granite, marble and quartzite are natural products. Colour, veining, pattern and pitting vary from slab to slab and will not match a photograph on a screen exactly. This is why we ask you to choose your own slab in person.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another company — a manufacturer, a mapping service, a review platform — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Who we are, and who we are not

The Granite and Marble Depot does not have a location in Mokena, IL. We are not affiliated with any other "GMD" business except the locations listed on this site.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have under the terms of an actual contract with us, or under Illinois consumer law.
